WHMCS, Do we pay extra?

Hey guys,

I have read the praises and the amazing packages that Prime Host offers, just a quick little question that can help me on my way to providing my Credit Card details is... Do I have to pay for WHMCS separetly (as in their license) or does the fact i am with Prime Host lift that fee?

are you sure the WHMCS license just for Inferno and Scorch class reseller?? what about the Furnace class?? as I see the checklist signed in "Free WHMCS
Billing System" row,,..
