Password protection on my domain

Can I password protect a page on my website whereby the following can be achieved:

1. Every different person that I sign up can have a separate username and password.
2. I can allow them to have 7 days access to the page.

Can I do this and if so how?

this could be done, but you wpould be looking into a cms for this,

have you ever heard of e107?
